Chef's Table

Wednesday, November 19 | 6:30 pm We are bringing an exclusive revamped experience just for our Members here at the Club. We are handing over ALL control to Chef Ivo as he brings his culinary mastermind to the forefront for our Chef's Table Experience. Members will be treated to a special 4-course meal with a bottle of wine included. The Menu Hors d’oeuvre: Coxinha Shredded chicken in dough panko crusted and fried Dinner: Fruits de Mar Calamari, Octopus, and Shrimp in Brazilian Vinaigrette Moqueca de Camarao Shrimp cooked in a coconut palm oil broth with beet-stained rice Pichana com Batata Baroa Brazilian Top Sirloin Cut wood grilled, yellow Brazilian potato mashed with chimichurri Dessert Trio: Acai, Passion Fruit Quin dim, Brigadeiro $120++ per Member. *Cancellations will be accepted through Monday, November 17. Due to the required commitment for the event, no refunds will be issued after Monday, November 17 and the full fee will be charged.*

Exclusive Wine Tasting Tuesday, November 25 | 6 pm Who doesn't love tasting wine? Come to our exclusive wine tasting in the Wine Room. Enjoy unique wines plus a charcuterie board. After you taste, enjoy eating in the Oak & Barrel. Limited availability. $35++ per person for Wine Locker Owners $45++ per person for Members *A $25 cancellation fee will be applied if you are a no-show or cancel within 48 hours of the event.*
